This is a very important but often neglected part of home staging. We will work with you to create an action plan to “dress up” the exterior of your home. This initial curb appeal is what will get a buyer excited to continue on to the interior of your home. 

Consultations and staging plans 
We will do a walk through of your home with you, discussing your needs and your budget. We will create a staging plan that works for you whether short and simple, or longer and more comprehensive. 

Home Staging 
We offer both full and half day home staging. On staging day I will roll up my sleeves and work with you to stage and redesign the areas of your home that need it the most as discussed in our original consultation.  

Vacant Home Staging 
Just as a home full of your belongings can keep some buyers from envisioning themselves living in the home, so too can a vacant home. Many buyers will be unable to see themselves living in a “cold”, empty house and, in general, an empty house will be on the market twice as long as a property that has been staged. By bringing in furnishings and accessories, and artfully arranging them, we can turn “cold” into “warm” and “inviting”. Working with your budget we can stage your entire home or selected rooms. 

Photo Packages 
Many of today's buyers use the Internet to search for homes. We will supply you with professional quality photos of your staged property in electronic (jpg) format. You and your agent may use these photos as you see fit to draw buyers to your door. We provide this complimentary service with all of our staging packages.

Do It Yourself (DIY) Packages 
For those clients that may want to do the work themselves, we also offer a 30+ page Do-It-Yourself Manual. This manual will give you all the details of the actions Staging The Sandhills would take to stage your home. You will have all of the information you will need to stage your home yourself for a quick sale.
